Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed through Pètal (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of our products, cancellations are subject to strict guidelines to ensure quality and fulfillment standards.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION

An order may only be canceled if:

  • The request is submitted before the order has entered production or processing.

  • The order is not a same-day or rush delivery order.

  • The order does not involve custom or event-specific arrangements that require immediate preparation.

Orders placed for future dates may be eligible for cancellation if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, unless otherwise stated.

3. SAME-DAY AND RUSH ORDERS

  • Same-day orders are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Rush orders with expedited processing are also non-cancellable due to the immediate commitment to fulfill the order.

4. CUSTOM AND EVENT ORDERS

Custom orders, large-scale event orders, or orders requiring special arrangements:

  • May require a deposit which is non-refundable.

  • Once production or preparation begins, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Any changes or modifications must be requested in advance and are subject to approval.

5. HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel an eligible order, the customer must:

  1. Contact us directly via email at petalbouqet@gmail.com or 818 588 7873.

  2. Provide the order number, customer name, and details of the order.

  3. Clearly state the request for cancellation.

All cancellations are processed at our discretion and subject to confirmation.

6. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

  • Partial refunds may apply if any part of the order has already been prepared.

  • Non-refundable deposits will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pètal shall not be liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from cancellations of orders.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to canceled orders.

Our total liability for cancellations shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions for cancellations due to:

  • Emergencies or extraordinary circumstances

  • Supply issues affecting your order

All exceptions must be requested immediately and are subject to approval. Exceptions are rare and cannot be guaranteed.

9. CHANGES VS. CANCELLATION

  • Minor changes to eligible orders (delivery date adjustments, recipient information, or minor product modifications) may be considered in place of full cancellation.

  • Requests to change an order do not guarantee fulfillment and are subject to availability and timing.

10. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
